BREAKING! Miley Filmed Smoking Bong!

It was only a matter of time before Miley Cyrus had another scandal!

The now 18-year-old actor/singer was videotaped smoking a bong, and the footage has been released. The video shows Miley smoking from the bong, which is allegedly filled with salvia, a legal substance in California, with some friends. One of those "friends" is responsible for leaking the tape.

We have multiple comments on this one...

1. Just because whoever leaked the footage is claiming the substance is salvia, doesn't mean it's true. It is just as plausible to say it's marijuana. Regardless of it being legal or illegal, it's still another strike against her name.
2. Miley, you've been famous for almost five years. Have you not learned your lesson from your multiple scandals in the past? What were you thinking letting someone videotape you taking a hit from a bong?

While Miley has remained mum, Billy Ray Cyrus took to his Twitter to address the scandal, posting:

Sorry guys. I had no idea. Just saw this stuff for the first time myself. Im so sad. There is much beyond my control right now.

Tsk tsk, Miley. You've finally managed to disappoint your father, who has stuck up for you during your many previous media controversies.

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber Spotted Together

Either Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are a legitimate couple, or they just don't care about those dating rumors!

The two had breakfast at IHOP together while in Philadelphia hours before they were both due to perform at the Q102 Jingle Ball.

As pictured above, the teen idols were linking arms outside, but sources say they were holding hands in the restaurant!

Kinda cute... But we really don't like Justin in general and we do not support him working his way into the Disney social circle a la Taylor Swift.

Miley Sparks Anti-Salvia Movement

After a video of Miley Cyrus smoking what is allegedly the legal hallucination-inducing drug salvia from a bong, more people are calling for the drug's ban.

Anthony Adams, a former California State Assemblyman, recently stated that Miley was irresponsible for smoking salvia, as it makes "you do incredibly crazy things." He adds, "Miley is a star and young kids are going to emulate her behavior."

Adams tried to get the drug banned in California back in 2007, claiming that it had the same effects as LSD and marijuana. However, the bill did not pass and instead, restrictions were placed on selling the drug to minors. Adults can still legally purchase it.

Looking Good, Emily!

Former "Hannah Montana" star Emily Osment stepped out on the red carpet of the Z100 Jingle Ball at Madison Square Garden in New York on Friday (December 10), and she was looking fabulous!

Do we have another budding Disney fashionista on our hands?

Ashley and Scott Still Going Strong

It's rare to see Ashley Tisdale with her boyfriend Scott Speer, especially after she relocated to Canada to film "Hellcats".

The couple was spotted stepping out of a dinner date at Katsuya in Hollywood on Thursday (December 9). They had just attended the Miss Golden Globes Party, where Ashley met up with gal pals AJ Michalka and Brittany Snow.

We're really hoping for a new Ashley album in 2011. What do you say, Ash?!

Selena Gomez Denies Dating Rumors

Either those IHOP sources were lying, or Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are a bit too friendly! Despite the two being spotted in Philadelphia linking arms and allegedly holding hands, Selena has clarified that she and 16-year-old pop sensation Justin Bieber are not dating.

"It was pancakes. Who doesn't like pancakes?" she told MTV News. "We were both performing in the same place so we went and had pancakes together. That's all it is. All innocent."

We're glad to hear it! We don't know if we could handle a Selena/Justin romance!
